CLEAR CREEK COUNTY RUN YOUR ASS OFF PACK BURRO RACE

The Western Pack Burro Ass-ociation sponsors pack burro races throughout Colorado, including two races in Clear Creek County.  Clear Creek 2000 Rotary Club uses the occasion in Georgetown to raise funds for its Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (summer camps for middle and high school students) and for vocational scholarships for high school graduates.  Our club focuses on services benefiting the children in Clear Creek County.  We just like to have fun doing it.  Our "Burro Poop Drop" is a fun occasion for everyone!

 

The race starts at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 27, Memorial Day Weekend, at the intersection of 6th and Taos Streets in downtown Georgetown.
